#1. Admit Uncontrolled Anger
is SIN

Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry,

#2. Guard Your Relationships

man, do not associate with one easily angered
or you may learn his ways and get yourself ensnared”

God’s Help

“Refrain from anger and turn away from wrath:
do not fret – it leads only to evil”
